By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

1. GENERAL TERMS.

• Please write clearly and nicely.
• Provide neat references — character’s photo(s), pose reference(s), background reference(s), or other references for me to understand your need.
• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
• If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

2. PAYMENT 

• You must pay deposit of 30% from original price, then pay another 70% after everything is done.
• I will add extra charges between RM5 – RM20 if you demand some changes like adding more stuff in the background, changing poses or rearrange some stuff.
• The currency accepted is MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). If you are a foreigner, you may make your payment using Stripe. 
• I have the right to decline your commission if you did not give deposit within 3 days.

3. PROCESS

• Work In Process (WIP) will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.
• WIP(s) might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
• The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeks depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, other work or family issues.
• If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible.

4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made such as small colouring or marking mistakes.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, hold full copyright ownership to the artwork. This includes the rights to display the artwork on my platforms, use it for my portfolio, marketing purposes, and publish it anywhere I choose unless the client has purchased exclusive rights.
• The commissioner is granted a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for both personal use and commercial purposes, as long as proper credit is given and the artwork is not resold as a standalone product.
• Allowed Commercial Use includes (but is not limited to):
  • Using the artwork in promotional materials (social media posts, banners, branding).
  • Merchandise where the artwork is part of a larger design or product (T-shirts, posters, packaging, book covers, stickers, marketing assets).
  • Using the artwork in advertisements, campaigns, or monetised content (e.g., YouTube, ads, streaming assets).
• Strictly NOT allowed:
  • Reselling the artwork as a standalone product or claiming ownership.
  • Minting and selling as NFTs.
  • Using the artwork in AI training datasets.
  • Redistributing the artwork to others in a way that replaces purchasing from me.
    (e.g., selling the raw illustration file to a third party, selling as prints without modification, or listing it on stock image platforms.)
• Copyright Violations include:
  • Removing my watermark/signature.
  • Claiming the artwork as your own creation.
  • Reselling the artwork to another buyer.
  • Using the artwork commercially beyond agreed terms without purchasing a proper license.
  • Editing or altering the artwork without consent (minor cropping/resizing allowed).
• If a violation occurs:
  • Your license to use the artwork will be immediately revoked.
  • I reserve the right to pursue legal action or invoice for an appropriate commercial licensing fee.
  • You may be blacklisted from future commissions.
  • The artwork may be resold or repurposed by me if rights are not exclusive.

6. CANCELLING / REFUNDING POLICY

• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
• If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
• Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. 
• I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.
